Application
Process
To
book an exhibition call, fax or email Contemporary and Modern Print
Exhibitions. We will need some details concerning your exhibition
facilities. Our insurance underwriters require that we submit a
completed copy of the Standard Facility Report adopted by the Registrars
Committee of the American Association of Museums. If you do not
have a copy of the report, we will be pleased to send you one. Your
institution will be co-named as insured while the exhibition is
in your possession and during transit. To schedule an exhibition,
we will need for you to send us a completed copy of your facility
report, a signed and dated copy of our Application/Agreement, and
a deposit check equal to 10% of the rental fee payable to Contemporary
and Modern Print Exhibitions. You may obtain a copy of our Application/Agreement
