Contemporary Art Made in California (CAMIC)
CAMIC is a museum initiative program supported with private funding. The program comprises of circulating exhibitions of fine art in all mediums with the intent to create greater awareness of California contemporary art produced by accomplished under-recognized artists. At the conclusion of each exhibition tour, the participating museums will receive one of the works of art of their own selection for their museum's permanent collection. The exhibitions offered will be all inclusive with no participation fee other than one-way shipping to the next museum venue.
